We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll handle it fairly.



If It’s On Us


If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.


If the issue is on our end, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.



Returns


Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.


Returned items must:

Be unworn and unwashed

Have original tags attached

Show no signs of wear, washing, or odor


Once a return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.



Exchanges


If you need a different size or item, we’re happy to offer an exchange when inventory is available.


If the requested exchange is unavailable:

A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected


Due to limited inventory, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.



Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing
